We are a church family that is accepting of you just the way you are. We are a combined Methodist – Presbyterian congregation, but many of our current attendees come from additional faiths and we all worship and serve our neighbors together. Affectionately nicknamed “COCU” we are the faith-based hub of our community. We are centrally located in the village, we host meetings for local groups such as Rotary and Weight Watchers and we are the home of the area’s Food Bank. We’d love to invite you into our faith-family so you can join us in our mission. AT OUR SUNDAY SERVICES YOU CAN EXPECT:
~Each service to last about an hour ~A special story time for your children ~Nursery Care for those below 1st grade
~A thought-provoking sermon that links the bible and our everyday lives ~Sunday School during part of the service
~A warm and friendly time for fellowship, coffee and snack following the service ~Choir anthem and congregation-sung hymns
~Communion is open to ALL and held on the first Sunday of every month
CLASSES:
We offer new member classes on an as-needed basis. If you would like to explore membership in Church of Christ Uniting please contact the church office. We also host bible studies and welcome anyone attending COCU.
